I use these inserts for nighttime only with a disposable overnight diaper for my 20mos old son as he is a heavy wetter (not potty training yet). Normally I use hemp inserts but sometimes these Flip inserts are more convenient. They're extremely thick and long, and very absorbent, I had to go up one size diaper in order to fit them. Unlike the cloth inserts, I've never had a leak with these. I just wish they weren't filled with SAPs (gel balls). For that reason, I'm giving it 4 stars.
